Hello, I'm Sam Forshner
-Member at Large-
"I grew up in the metro-Denver area and am a proud graduate of the University Of
Wyoming College Of Law, Class of 2016. Since becoming a licensed attorney, my career has
been focused on serving the public in the area of criminal law. Although I am a relatively new
addition to Casper, I enjoy strengthening my ties to the community through public service, be it
at work or in other areas such as the Big Brothers- Big Sisters program, or Joshua’s Storehouse."
How long have you been a part of Joshua's?
"I was very invited to join the Board of Directors in 2021 and have enjoyed working with
the existing board members to come up with innovative and new ideas to further our important
mission of feeding those in need."
Why did you get involved with Joshua's?
"Joshua’s Storehouse provides a vital resource to the needy in our community. People
need food to survive, and it is an unfortunate reality that not everyone is able to provide for
themselves. Joshua’s Storehouse works to alleviate that burden. When I was invited to get
involved, I was eager to get to work and help this wonderful organization achieve its goals."
What do you see for Joshua's in the future?
"I hope to see Joshua's Storehouse collaborate with other organizations and like-minded individuals to further our impact on the community. Feeding the hungry is a cause we can all agree on. By turning awareness into action, we can come together to make sure that no one in our community goes hungry."
